Description
Orange-red crystals, highly soluble in water, stable in acidic solutions, and the aqueous solution is strongly acidic.
Uses
Mainly used in redox titration (cerium method),as a strong oxidizing standard reagent to detemine reducing substances such as Fe²+and F,and can also be used in organic synthesis oxidation reactions and the preparation of rare earth materials.
